"Beit Biram" high school principal Mandy Rabinovitch unexpectedly announced a few days ago (August 2024) his departure, a few days before the start of the school year. He will finish his school work after the holidays. In September, the Real School will establish a search committee in order to find a new principal, after which an overlap between the two will begin. Rabinovitch was appointed to the position of CEO of Beit Barel Academic College, which deals with teaching studies.
Rabinovitch told Lehi Fah News Corporation that he felt it was time to move on to the next educational challenge: "After 14 years of contribution and service within the framework of a book and book, I decided it was time to move on to the next thing. The field of teacher training in Israel is the most important in the field of education and it should be brought to the highest place in the national priorities.
The real school was and will be a second home for me. It is the best school in Israel and I had the great privilege of being among its leaders and working with the special teachers, students and parents there. The big challenge in teacher training today is to get them to be teachers suitable for the challenges of the 21st century and the development of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the characteristics of Generation Z students.
We started to promote things in this spirit in Reali and now I am moving to be a partner in the leadership of a historically important college in order to complete the revolution in the field there, from the side of training teachers and administrators in Israel. I am very grateful to the management of the Real School for trusting me in recent years. Also, I thank the amazing school community, my partners in the management of Beit Biram and the excellent teachers."
A little about Mandy Rabinovitch...
Rabinovitch began his educational career at Keif Nesher High School. In 2003, he moved to manage the "Hadasa Youth" high school, which he managed for 6 years. In 2010, he was appointed principal of Beit Biram High School, which he managed for 14 years. Before the municipal elections, he announced his intention to run for mayor, but ultimately decided not to run.
In recent months, Rabinovitch faced the teachers' organization, and in the end he was removed from the organization for 5 years and another 3 on probation. Rabinovitch claimed that the teachers' organization's sanctions in order to reach a new labor agreement are done on the backs of the students, and it is not possible not to publish protective and matriculation grades. Moreover, he believed that the decision that teachers could not accompany trips was an unreasonable decision, and according to the teachers' organization, he allowed trips to go out and violated the sanctions. Rabinovitch throughout the period claimed that the struggle was being managed improperly.
Rabinovitch: "Working with you and the youth filled me with greatness of soul"
In his farewell message to the staff, he wrote: "I would like to inform you that after 14 years in my position as director of Beit Biram I will be parting ways with him during the Tishrei holidays (October) and will move to a new position as the CEO of Beit Berel Academy. The experience of managing and leading a house in Yaram was a great privilege for me, from which I drew tremendous enthusiasm. Working with you and with the youth filled me with many great feelings and was the center of my professional life and my daily task every morning. I am very related to many of you which mainly made the transition to complex. I am connected to our school in a deep emotional way and feel the flesh and blood of our magnificent educational institution."
Later in the letter, Rabinovitch explains that in light of the deep connection he feels to the school, he had a big dilemma about what he should do, when the president of Beit Berel College, former minister Prof. Yuli Tamir, approached him and asked him to be appointed the college's CEO. In the end, he chose to move to the college, Since he believes that recruiting and training the most suitable people to be teachers is the challenge that is currently at the top of the educational agenda and should also be at the top of the national priorities, he also states that he is leaving behind a school that is the best in Israel from his point of view.
CEO of Harieli Dr. Yossi Ben-Dov: "Mandy is an educator in every inch of his body"
The CEO of the Reali Dr. Yossi Ben-Dov issued a letter to the employees in which he says that a few days ago Rabinovitch announced his intention to end his position as manager of Beit Biram. "Mandy, an educator in all his limbs, has led the educational activities at Beit Biram for the last fourteen years with professionalism, dedication, values, a broad vision, a sense of personal responsibility and above all - out of love for people. During his time as principal, Mandy brought Beit Biram to significant and noteworthy achievements both in the academic and social dimensions and had a unique voice as a member of the school's management."
Later on, Ben-Dov also thanked Rabinovitch for the fact that in the struggles the school had in recent years against influential parties, he always stood up and expressed his opinion clearly.
Yaron Weitzner, chairman of the parents' committee: "A great loss for the school"
Chairman of Beit Biram's parent committee Yaron Weitzner: "Mandy is a great loss for the school. Both as an educator and as an administrator. I trust that the school will come to its senses and find the right man or woman to fill the position. I am always in favor of refreshing the ranks. The timing is less suitable, but as it seems right now the high schools are heading for a big strike and that will give the school more time to find someone to fill the position. Mandy leaves behind big shoes. He has taken on a big task, a new challenge and I wish him much success.
There is an internet stock with the same name Mandy!!!!!!
The Reali school has a tradition of excellence
A tradition of excellence that disappeared in the last decade. This is how it is run by left-wing politicians such as Mr. Ben Dov and Adon Mendi, two extreme left-wing activists who take care of organizing B'Tselem meetings (B'Tselem is the organization that spoke in the nation condemning the State of Israel). There are no achievements, in Reali, there is a collection of parents that the management is chasing after them and their money. In addition to all these quirks, now Mr. Ben Ari has been appointed to the Matos branch. M.R. Ben, Ari is the greatest horror that exists, antipasto, cold, condescending, mean-spirited and cruel, disgraceful treatment of parents and students, zero zeros.
As an "educator", I wish Man D great success in the leadership/management/leading of the new-growing-confounding-blooming "flowers of teaching" and education, who will be able to take proper care of... from every aspect... the precious "students of Israel" to other heights In the near future... and to teach them that "the sky is the limit", which man also crossed on his way to "space"...!!!@@@
"Yesher-Khoz" Dear Mandy!
On the other hand, we must tell every "senior" in the "public education system" - to respect and cooperate with the secondary "teachers' organization"... when they come to defend "the status of the teacher in Israel"!
The teacher's welfare = the student's welfare!!!@@😭
Apparently, anyone who doesn't get along with the chairman of the "legendary" teachers' organization who is holding on to the organization's chairman's funds contrary to the regulations and despite failed performances is being smuggled
We are blessed that we got rid of a principal who degraded the school to low places. An extreme left-wing principal who imposed an extreme political agenda on his students. A manager who was involved in politics instead of education. As a graduate of the school, I was disgusted and repulsed by this conduct. It's not that Ben Dov is better than him, it's a friend bringing a friend from an extreme leftist bringing an extreme leftist. Excellent, that he is leaving and the time has come for Israel's second tenant, Mr. Ben Dov, to vacate his place because, he literally destroyed the school and brought it to a pigmy institution for the benefit of its administrators at the expense of education. Come on, now it's the turn of Ben Dov, the left-handed pig.
In short - Ran Erez flipped him and kept him away from the organization, so he "ran away" from Reali
The "educators" in the "teacher training institutions" are also mostly unionized in the post-primary "teachers' organization": in high schools, high schools and colleges@
So, let's shout together: "Hi Dad"...!!!@@@ 👀😭
An educator does not leave in August, when there is no appointed director. There should be a tender, an overlap. A serious educator does not leave in the middle.
A man who prevented the students of the Reali from learning about democracy within the walls of the school and encouraged them to support the dictatorship outside its gates.
Now he is rewarded by an institution based on Yair Golan...
Unfortunate are the teachers who will be trained in it.
Yair Golan is one of the best people that this crazy, bloody, painful and crumbling country has produced from our ranks. of your shoes
Yair Golan is a stinking and demeaning nad who introduced politicization to the IDF and is now posing for a political campaign in uniform.
Yair Golan is a shame for the IDF and the rank he reached in the IDF and testifies to the IDF's failures in screening the people
And not only him also his surroundings and this will be evidenced by the disaster of 7.10 which is all placed on the shoulders of the "elite like Yair Golan" who are failing one by one.
