The Haifa museums continue to offer a variety of activities for the whole family in the month of August as well. During the month there will be interactive tours, an escape game, a new active space will be opened, there will be tutorials in Hebrew and Russian at the various exhibitions, various creative workshops and more.

We have recently renewed with fascinating exhibitions that opened at the Haifa Museum of Art, the Tikotin Museum of Japanese Art, the National Maritime Museum and the Herman Struck Museum. We always create special activities suitable for the whole family, but this summer we broke our own record, with a variety of attractions for children in all the museums. We have also decided to extend the visiting hours in the museums in August and we are preparing for thousands of visitors who will have an enriching and enjoyable visiting experience.
The National Maritime Museum
"The museum comes to life" - during the month of August there will be dramatized tours for the whole family, where fascinating characters will take the visitors on unique tours of the various exhibitions and share the play with them in a way
interactive. The children are invited to join Amerigo Vespucci, the great navigator and discoverer, the legendary pharaonic explorer, on an adventure into the world of the museum. Together with the captain, Aryeh Yam, they will fight the sea monster that pollutes our environment and set out on a magical journey in the Mediterranean basin!
In addition, during the month, various creative workshops will be held at the museum: creating a coral reef from ceramics
(a workshop that will also be held in the Russian language), making a sea diorama and a sea animals workshop from plasticine.
Tikotin Museum of Japanese Art
"Kiko and the tikoguchi" - a digital game played on a smartphone throughout the exhibition "Japanese Design Today 100",
which is now displayed in the museum. Visitors have to take care of Tikoguchi - Kiko's virtual pet, while

Haifa Museum of Art
On 1/8/24 a new cluster of exhibitions will be opened at the museum, which includes 6 solo exhibitions of female artists from the northern region.
During the month there will be trainings in Hebrew and Russian at the museum. In the gallery for the whole family, visitors will be invited to create collage works inspired by the exhibition of Rachel Enyo, who will present an exhibition in the museum. In addition, there will be a kaleidoscope workshop, which also corresponds with Anio's works. Haifa City Museum
At the Haifa City Museum you can enjoy a family escape game "Mystery following the Templars".

Hermann Struck Museum
This year, the museum is celebrating 100 years of the Herman Struck house, with a group print exhibition in which artists responded to Struck's works, as well as in various events and activities throughout the year. During the next month, guided tours of the exhibition are expected to take place. In addition, in August there will be a tile printers' workshop, where the participants will create a traditional hand-printed wooden tile by hand.
