In an exciting and unique event held in Kiryat Bialik, the children of the north, who found refuge in the city due to the security situation in the north, had an unforgettable experience. About 15 children aged 3 to XNUMXnd grade and their parents were welcomed warmly and with a smile, and even had a special meeting with the writer Dorit Elimelech Even, who wrote the book "In Noam's Yard".
The book, which illustrates to children the importance of responsibility, was given as a gift to each child. The meeting with the author was a special opportunity for the children to hear about the process of writing the book, ask questions and dive into the magical world of imagination. The event took place at the municipal library at the initiative of the Education Department.
Mayor Eli Dukorski, who came to greet the children, expressed his joy at their rapid integration into the municipal education system.
Mayor Eli Dukorski said:
We consider it of utmost importance to provide the children with a sense of home and love, and events of this type contribute greatly to their adaptation and relaxation.
The event, which is designed to give children a fun and enriching experience, is a beautiful example of cooperation between the local authority, educators and artists, with the aim of relieving children who have gone through a difficult experience.
