(haipo) - A municipal inspector and a policewoman who were conducting a joint patrol in a combination car in the Hadar neighborhood in Haifa, the two noticed a suspicious person walking around Ben Yehuda Street.
The inspector and the policewoman turned to him and asked him to show them an ID, in response the suspect began to run away.
At the end of a foot chase that lasted several minutes, the suspect was caught. In the examination conducted on him, it was found that he was a sheba (illegal resident) in his 30s, a resident of Tubas. He was arrested and brought to the police station, where he was interrogated.
The Director of the Supervision Division in the Haifa Municipality, Ilan Hodda, praised the integrated work to increase the sense of security in the city in general and in Hadar in particular, and noted: "Especially these days, the Enforcement Division is increasing patrols throughout the city and harnessing everything for the sake of the residents."
Haifa is saturated. In Shebaim they can be seen in splendor on the streets of Emek Zeytim Kessel and Ben Yehuda, their behavior is completely free even between cities due to poor control at main transit stations and in most public places and shopping malls due to poor control and a large and, of course, lack of enforcement in all of Haifa
All the best to the municipality of Haifa and the policemen is very important
