The social club of Nitzan Haifa
The soccer team "Nitzan United" in Haifa was established 10 seasons ago as part of the social club of the Nitzan Haifa association.
The club is a warm and supportive home for hundreds of adults (21-75) with special needs, with intellectual-developmental disabilities, cognitive impairment, autistic spectrum, functional difficulties or social difficulties.
Now also for youth!
Now the soccer team "Nitzan United" Haifa is expanding and these days also gives an opportunity to teenage boys and girls (9-16) with special needs, to be part of the soccer team!
Professional football uniforms
The team's players receive professional uniforms, participate in social activities and formation evenings. Parents and families are invited to come and cheer on the team in the tournaments, which enhances the exciting experience, the formation and the sense of achievement.
seven days a week
The club operates seven days a week and is accompanied by a social worker and social and professional guides, who help members deal with the various challenges and develop social and life skills.
Club members enjoy many other great activities:
- annual holidays: Once a year the club members go on vacation in Israel or abroad, an experience that allows them to see the world, connect and be excited together.
- Annual theater production: Every year the members of the club put on a big show that they are partners in writing, setting and performing. This is an exciting event that strengthens self-confidence and a sense of achievement.
