Appreciation day for psychologists at the psychological service in Kiryat Ata

This week (5-11/7/24) an appreciation day for psychologists was held in the psychological service to conclude a year of fundraiser activity. The ceremony was held in the presence of Mayor Yaakov Peretz, who came to express his great appreciation for the team of psychologists who trust the mental health of all the students of the city's education system. Later, the psychologists enjoyed lectures and a phototherapy workshop.

The educational psychological service works to promote the well-being and mental health of all students in the education system, both regularly and in their class. The service is intended for students, their parents, all the educational staff in the schools and kindergartens and community members. The tutors are given through direct treatment, training for parents and training for the educational environment, with individual attention to the child and his family and with a systemic attention from the very community affiliation.
