Sarit Zerling will manage the new elementary school, Nof Yam, in Tirat Carmel in the academic year 1, which will open on September 2024, XNUMX. Zerling, 41 years old, is a resident of Kibbutz Neve Yam in the Carmel Coast Regional Council, married and a mother of three, with about 15 years of experience in elementary education, a master's degree in education systems management at Gordon College and a graduate of Kibbutzim Seminary College with a bachelor's degree Ed.B in special education with a specialization in biblical studies.

In her last position she served as the director of a beach school in Carmel that was established for the students of the Ashkelon Beach Regional Council who were evacuated from their homes when the war broke out on October 7.
Prior to that, she served as deputy principal, educator, pedagogical coordinator and integration teacher at Meshoil School in Atlit, which she was a partner in establishing, and as an educator at Orim School of Special Education in Haifa.
