Palace Tower comes back to life:
Armon Cinema was a popular and lively entertainment center in Haifa in the 50s. In 1995, after the heyday, the cinema building was demolished and an 18-story office tower was built in its place, with 3 lower commercial floors and another 15 floors that had been empty since its construction. In 2020 Migdal Armon was purchased by the "Reality Group" (a group of real estate investment funds), which conducted an in-depth study of the needs of the residents in the city center and the Hadar neighborhood. The insights from the research were that in order to bring life back to Migdal Armon, it is necessary to attract new audiences to the building and reconnect the structure to its surroundings. A characterization process of the property mix was carried out in an accurate manner and adapted to the needs of the Hadar neighborhood. The office floors were fully occupied and the tower became a civic center that provides services to the residents of the area.

What happens after Sunday?
But how is it possible to launch the same small exhibition with the pictures of the cinemas that also appeared in the articles on the website. Third launch already
Well done
One of the biggest disasters in Haifa that the failed mayors brought upon us in the last 30 years.
Unfortunately in Haifa they only write articles about places that need to be changed and improved. In practice, any change takes decades if at all. I believe in the season of Yahav that will change the appearance of the city and promote it to an attractive city
