The small businesses in El Marin and Khativ alleys
In one of the alleys between Palim Street and Shibat Zion Street, Hativ Alley is located, and at the top of the alley it merges with Al Marin Alley.
During one of my visits to the alleys, I began to recognize small businesses next to them such as "The Bulgarian", "Barda Bakery", "Kerem Tattoo Studio", a unique art bookstore in the Russian language, and the studio "Duka Sednaot Ceramics".
As I walked up Hatib's alley and after El Marin I was fascinated and fell in love with the place.
Yaffe Nof Company - encouraging Haifa businesses
The project included closing the alley to vehicle traffic, upgrading the asphalt, performing decorative painting, building stylish rest areas and gardening areas for the benefit of the complex's users.
The upgraded and designed alley is part of the development of the Maronite complex carried out by the "Yefa Nof" company to encourage Haifa businesses. The project was initiated by the strategic development team of the Haifa Municipality - "Haifa 2030".
Barda Bakery - Al Marin, Hativ 10 alley
Mafi Barda Bakery, which opened in November 2021, is the perfect place to experience the Athanatha for a holy day that provides aromas of pastries and good coffee in Hativ 10 Alley and contributed a lot to my visit. The branch is one of the three branches of "Barda" in Haifa, the main one is located in Namal 6 and the other in Talpiot Market in Sirkin.
On Barda's menu you can see handmade breads, sourdough breads made with sesame and rye alongside sweet rolls, rich challah brioches, focaccia and other kinds of pastries.
The employees are the identity card of the place
As part of the stay, I really liked the services of the local employees. The employees seem to know the visitors personally and the place is a pilgrimage center for lovers of pastries and sweets. I felt a strong need to document the experience of how I felt, so I drew a special moment in which we watched one of the graceful and helpful employees prepare coffee in the space of the place covered with blue ceramics and wrapped in the showcase of sweet and savory pastries and below is the result.

For those who haven't visited yet - Hai Pe readers recommend you to visit the alley and enjoy the place and the unique atmosphere.
Thank you very much for the recommendation. Sounds and looks nice
