A serious car accident were trapped under the truck • 2 men were pronounced dead

A serious car accident at the Somak intersection, the death of 2 30-year-old men, a 26-year-old man in a serious condition and another 2 in a minor condition

MDA informed Hai Pa News Corporation: At 05:20 a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a traffic accident between a truck and 2 vehicles on Highway 79 at the Somech interchange.

MDA paramedics determine the death of 2 men about 30 years old and refer to Rambam Hospital a 26-year-old man in serious condition with multiple systemic injuries (all three from a vehicle that was trapped with its front part under the truck). In addition, the truck driver and another private car driver were evacuated from the scene easy.

Emergency medicine medic at MDA Gahad Khativ said:

"This is a very serious car accident. A car with 3 passengers was trapped in its front part under the truck. The driver of the car and the passenger sitting next to him, men in their 30s, were unconscious, with very serious multi-system injuries. During complex rescue operations, we performed medical examinations on them, but they were without signs of life and we have no choice but to determine their death. A passenger sitting in the back seat of that vehicle was rescued suffering from a severe multi-system injury, we gave him initial medical treatment in the field and he was taken to the hospital in an MDA intensive care unit in a serious and unstable condition. The truck driver and the driver of another private car involved in the accident were evacuated from the scene to a hospital in a minor condition."
