During the tour, the visitors visited the ceremonial spaces of the house and the garden, heard about the history of the building, details of the art and archeology, and watched a film reviewing the work of Israel's presidents throughout the generations and heard interesting stories from the Mishkan.
President Herzog spoke with the chairman of the pensioners' lobby, Eli Landau, who presented the president with a historic photo in which he is photographed next to Haim Herzog, the president's father, at an event where Herzog Sr. was awarded a certificate of honor commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Craft and Industry Association in April 1992 when Landau served as chairman of the association.

Deputy Mayor Israel Savion and council member Finney Wegman, who have a previous acquaintance with the president, spoke about the actions of the retirees' faction in the city council for the senior citizens, which includes the promotion and leadership of a variety of important issues for the senior citizens in Haifa.

The businessman Israel Feldman, a former industrialist and founder and owner of the North Theater, told the president briefly that the components he created are found in all factories in the Israeli industry.
At the end, the president was presented with a picture by Haifa artist Ruth Segal.
