The municipal auditor's report published this evening reveals many shortcomings and flaws in the conduct of the municipality. Among other things, the report reveals:
- Irregular management of work diaries. Failure to register minutes for management meetings.
- Poor communication between the municipality and the Yaffe Nof company which caused delays and misunderstandings in the execution of projects.
- As far as the licensing department is concerned, it appears that no work plans were prepared in 2020-2021 and in 2022 a work plan was prepared, but the tasks were not carried out at all.
- It also appears that the applications for building permits between the years 2019-2022 decreased by about 31%.

The municipality's management, which was elected to its position about a month and a half ago, sees the report as an important administrative tool for correcting defects made in the municipality's work. In order to optimize the treatment of deficiencies, following the report, the municipality established a follow-up team for the treatment of deficiencies headed by the municipality's CEO Gadi Margalit.
The members of the council who refer to the report when they were members of the council in those years and did not supervise and did nothing when they knew about these things long before. This time too they will not file a complaint with the police. There is no investigation by the state comptroller about the waste of hundreds of millions of shekels of public money on corruption.

Hasn't the time come for a police investigation + a committee called by the Ministry of the Interior instead of the circus of the council members under whose close supervision - most of them were in the last 10 years on the boards of inspectors - all this went on?! Why did they approve the city budget of Klish if they knew about hundreds of illegal standards?! They are complicit in crimes and corruption. Yes, yes, Sarit Aviahu and everyone who allowed this corruption even in the opposition and voted for Klish's budget are guilty

First, I also have a criticism of the auditor: it is impossible that an audit report that deals with what happened two years ago (!) is being published only now. This is a report that had to be published before the elections. Now this is a rather sterile and highly unimportant review. The question in the title: "Where were my guards The threshold?" Definitely legitimate. Of all the responses, the one who most accurately summed up the municipality's failures under the leadership of Kalish and Tzuk was Israel Savion, who himself was the CEO of the municipality for many years.
