Mayor Eli Dukorski:
I am excited to award the scholarships to the city's youth, the future generation of Kiryat Bialik who will shape its future. This year many of you were called by Order 8 to defend the State of Israel in the "Iron Swords" war. You are an example and a role model, the world needs people like you: talented, valuable, full of motivation. Continue to develop and aim high, do not be afraid to dream and achieve goals. Remember: Kiryat Bialik is proud of you.
Well done to you, my friend Mayor Kiryat Bialik. Mr. Eli Dursky.
