(haipo) - He who saves one soul - as if he saved an entire world. Major General Yaniv Teka from the Haifa station, along with police officer Moshe Cohen and fire fighter Avitar Ben Shoshan, saved a man through urgent CPR they performed on him, after rescuing him from a locked room.

A short time ago, a firefighting team was launched from the Haifa station under the command of Major Yaniv Teka to rescue a man who lost consciousness while locked in the bathroom of a dental clinic on Halutz Street in Haifa.
The firefighters arrived quickly and worked immediately to break the door.
After rescuing the man from unconsciousness, Colonel Teka, among other things a medic in his position at the station, together with police officer Moshe Cohen and fire fighter Avitar Ben Shushan, began to perform urgent resuscitation operations on the man who regained consciousness in the process.
Upon the arrival of the medical personnel, the person is referred for further treatment at the hospital, where his condition is determined to be serious but stable.
There is no doubt that with great resourcefulness and uncompromising professionalism, Colonel Teka was able to save a life, well done!
