The species that invade the sea in Haifa and around the world

Invasion problems of animals, plants and underwater habitats is a global problem. Sometimes this is due to human error such as: the Suez Canal, the Aswan Dam, the construction of excess moorings. Among all these there is also the war of man against the invaders, the war between the immigrants and the locals and the war between the immigrants.

Unfortunately, we do not know the number of intruders and where they are all hiding. As accurate as the information may be, there are still tiny remote invaders that infest in places we can't even imagine, such as rusted iron disintegrating between dead or live clams and vessels at sea moorings.

One of the examples of speeding up the spread of a certain species by humans is feeding the sand on the beaches. So, for example, this is how cancer spread "by mistake".

Since the spilling of the sand in March 2012, I began to see that the tens of crabs very quickly turned into hundreds and a few years later into hundreds of thousands.

Who are the enemies of this cancer?

Well... there are those who crave a "matota" crab snack... those who crave it are favorites of the Spruce family - bream, tsiphora, hajj in the vernacular. Although humans do not eat the crab, the fishermen use it to catch the bream.
I got lucky and met a fisherman while fishing with the invasive bait. will help? Definately not!!

What about the larvae moving around in the water space? Who knows who they are?

Obviously, in the end no one solved the problem. Neither the Nature and Parks Authority nor the Society for the Protection of Nature, because it is impossible, even though they would like to prevent it.

In the distant past, invasive fish became an integral part of restaurants

Both those who are kosher according to religion and those who are not. In this crazy world, anything is possible - it is claimed that even the stone fish, or Avnon as it is called, penetrated the Mediterranean Sea (this is true). Individual details were found here and there. I myself do not stop looking for the most dangerous fish in the world that does not have serum - to warn and warn.

Back to the jellyfish

In the photo of the jellyfish stuck in the net, you can understand why it is impossible to block the way of the string. In the picture is a 30 cm jellyfish. If you take another thousand of these - you won't be able to lift the net and a small fishing boat will even capsize. For example, ships in Japan that picked up jellyfish of the Nomura type capsized and some of the crew members were burned to death. It should be noted that this is not the case here.

The story of Farna oysters

Like the hornbill, the Fern oyster also disappeared due to the warm water in the summer that took oxygen from the water. Again nature decides and functions as an independent "entity". If humanity has made a mistake, don't try to correct it, because in nature it won't work - he is bigger than us. Anything that happens is a waste of money.
Have a wonderful week everyone.
