Bender holds a bachelor's degree in communication and management at the College of Administration, and a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in finance, from Reichman University. He also served as Deputy and Spokesperson for the Ministry of Education in Jerusalem and Communications Advisor at the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Employment, as the Chairman of the Haifa-Boston CJP Partnership, a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Friends at the University of Haifa, and Chairman of the Association "Landmark for the IDF's Heritage" . Rani Bender:
I am happy about the challenge to promote the economy in Haifa. I intend to focus on the economy, employment and tourism. With a precise economic strategy and a variety of collaborations with economic entities in Israel and the world and in full coordination with the government ministries, we will be able to promote Haifa's economy through the establishment of another high-tech park, the establishment of the "Urban Sea Front" project at the junction of the German colony north with the Haifa port, and the promotion of significant tourism programs that will be an engine Economic growth for the city. We will also work to promote unique innovation and biomedical projects in collaboration with the hospitals, the Technion and the university, we will operate an "Economic Security" project for small and medium-sized businesses, and we will launch the "Employment Security" program for the diverse sectors, in order to absorb additional employment opportunities. We will promote the field of "blue economy" in the lower city
Our door is open 24 hours a day for any project and we will provide the necessary assistance to any investor, both in Haifa and outside of Haifa. Haifa will be a magnet for local, national and international economic forces, Bender added.
There is a clear and serious conflict of interest between his private pursuits and his connections with Gad Zeevi (as his son-in-law) to be the chairman of the economic company
This is 1000 percent corruption.
A lot of titles, the man seems empty inside.
I wish him success in promoting the sea front and the Wadi Salib fish market area forward
To Captain in the Reserves, my friend Ran Bender, you deserve a lot of respect. Well done my friend Ran. Have a good and blessed week
