The special rescue unit worked to rescue a man and his dog Moadi in Haifa.
During the evening of Friday, 13/4/24, a report was received at Moked 102 about a man who fell ten meters deep to Luadi following his dog on Hag Street in Haifa.

A team of the special rescue unit from the Haifa station under the command of Major Nadav Furman was launched to the scene.
Thanks to a professional and quick action, using a rope system and a chain saw, the rescuers broke through an access through the thicket of vegetation, went down deep into the valley and reached the man and the dog "Buddy" and rescued them when they were exhausted but healthy and unharmed.
