undercover investigation
As part of the Border Guard units' fight against crime in the agricultural sector, soldiers and detectives of the Border Guard's central unit operated in the Coastal District sector and conducted an undercover investigation following three defendants who operated according to a systematic work method through which they stole cows and calves in an act of deception with the aim of selling them in the territories of Judea and Samaria.
The background to the crime
Last November (2023), the three defendants acted several times to steal the cattle so that one of them is a cattle trader and sells to barn owners in the northern region and served as the link of the other defendant to the barn owners.
The defendant who, as mentioned, is involved in the cattle trade was the person who communicates with the owners of barns and negotiates with them for a small number of cows and calves while holding "celebratory meals" in order to draw their attention away from the barn and the cattle they own while the other two defendants were working on stealing the cattle.

the indictment
As described in the indictment, the three defendants repeated their actions and, according to the same method of work, stole dozens of cows and calves worth approximately NIS 260,000, which they smuggled to the territories of Judea and Samaria and to the Diaspora in the Negev, where they unloaded the stolen cattle and sold it while transporting it in a truck driven by one of the defendants without a license required by law.
After an extensive intelligence investigation which was conducted under the leadership of the Coast Guard, the Guard soldiers acted until all the cows and calves stolen by the accused were returned to their owners.
the accused
The three defendants, in their 40s and 50s, residents of the city of Umm al-Fahm, were arrested by MGB fighters. At the end of the investigation conducted by the Magistrate of the Coast Guard, an indictment against the three defendants was submitted to the Hadera Magistrate's Court.
In the indictment, the defendants were charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, cattle theft and driving without a driver's license.
The children of Amalek, this is the cancer of the State of Israel, he wants to deal with them with a harsh hand, he gave heavy punishments: fines, long prison terms.
And that the judges of our country will behave with the criminals in giving severe punishments than the punishments of a "kindergartner" in a kindergarten. The Border Guard forces and the Israel Police should be mentioned, kudos to them
They are not Arabs. They are Swedes. Why slander? Their intention was good. They just wanted to make a fun day for the cows and at the end of the day to return them. The judge will take that into account. Therefore, the sentence will probably be suspended.
It is surprising that they are Arabs.
First take away the vehicle in which the offense was committed and regardless of who the vehicle belongs to, sentence each of them to prison and a financial fine with a physical deposit of money to the state for reporting
A maximum of two weeks of service work
The more the judge sentences less than the maximum sentence for each count of the charge against agricultural crime, the more he will justify the viability of the culture of robbery and terrorism, in this case the scum. which destroys the country
The three defendants, in their 40s and 50s, residents of the city of Umm al-Fahm -
I fell off the chair...
90 percent of the agricultural crime in the north - Arabs.
Kudos to the police.
With the penalties imposed on these scum they will continue to steal and abuse farmers.
These dangerous criminals must be punished very severely and removed from society for a long time so that they will see and be seen.
Kudos to the Israel Police for finally waking up from its prolonged coma, and maybe Minister Ben Gabir also deserves some credit for that. I hope that they will persist in this and eradicate all the crimes of theft, extortion and threats that are increasing in our small country. We will only have to wait for the punishment that our merciful judges will give them. In my opinion, and from the past experience in rulings on such offenses, it ended in no no no no. Sad! ☹️
