The children were split into different classes
The suffering of the students and parents began with the fall of plaster in one of the classrooms as mentioned one year and seven months ago. After the event, the children were split into 3 buildings, some of which are not fit to be used as classrooms, Nagler House, Amal School and Dagan Division. The whole event was met with anger and helplessness on the part of the students and their families.
The municipality faltered, took time, faults upon faults and failure to meet deadlines. A number of parties lobbied and worked to advance the process, among them the school management and principal Sharon Shahak, Baruch Shmailov, chairman of the parents' committee, the Kiryat Haim committee, the residents of the Kiriya, and of course the parents.

The children's return to school
This morning, as mentioned, the children finally returned to a renovated school with temporary buildings and shelters to accommodate all the students. The students are finally back in the arms of the excited principal and staff.
We would like to emphasize that there are still various faults, among which a shed must be erected in the yard, fences must be repaired or replaced, and a long list of others until the place is fully suitable.
This morning the weather was on our side and the children arrived with white shirts and flags, excited and happy, accompanied by their equally excited parents. The sun shone and the children's joy spread light and supreme emotion.
In a short ceremony in the sports hall, the children were congratulated by the principal Sharon Shakh, the Honorable Rabbi Levi Oirchman and Baruch Shmailov Yor and the parents' committee.

Young defenders performed in song and swept everyone away with applause
The defenders also celebrated the 100th day of the captivity of the kidnapped and released dozens of yellow balloons.
After the children entered the classrooms in an orderly manner, sat at new tables in the pleasant classrooms, the mezuzah was set by the Honorable Rabbi Aurichman.
Now all that remains is to expect that the municipality will finish everything it has committed to do at a fast pace.
Children and staff deserve a warm and beautiful home.

Congratulations
All the best to the principal of the school, Mrs. Sharon Shakh. God bless you. Good night.
Congratulations. A year and seven months of renovations and there is still no shading and there are leaks?
