The Israel Land Authority is marketing a tender for the saturated construction of 250 housing units, commerce, public institutions and a building for preservation in one complex in Kiryat Yam. The lots marketed in this tender are intended for full construction of residences, commerce, public institutions and a building for conservation as part of the 'Kiryat Yam Municipal Complex' plan in the city center, at the corner of Namir Mordechai, Yitzhak Ben Zvi and Moshe Sharet Streets and covers approximately 15 dunams.
This is the re-marketing of lots as part of a mixed-use residential complex that includes 250 units in residential towers with a commercial facade and an office floor in place of the buildings in the complex slated for demolition, including the old city hall. The complex includes a new city square, preservation of the old library building for public use, commerce and hotels, commerce (about 4,500 square meters), employment (about 4,500 square meters), public buildings (about 1,000 square meters) and road infrastructure (about 3 dunams). No bids below the minimum price will be accepted.

Kudos to Kiryat Yam Municipality
The Kiryats continue their rapid development and promote evacuation and construction.
Where is the Haifa municipality, when it comes to promoting the giant neighborhoods in Kiryat Haim that remain on paper?
What is happening with the stadium neighborhood for example? For decades a large complex has stood empty and desolate.
