Sergeant David Bogdanovskyi, 19 years old, from Haifa, a fighter in the 603rd Engineering Battalion, formation 'Saar Megolan' (7), fell on Saturday, 23/12/23 in a battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
He was promoted from the rank of sergeant to the rank of sergeant after his death.
Sergeant David Bogdanovski, Sergeant Oral Bashan, Sergeant Gal Hershko and paramedic Sergeant Itamar Shemen were killed in an incident in which an RPG anti-tank missile hit an APC of the 603rd Battalion of the Combat Engineers. The attack on the APC was carried out with a missile launched on the outskirts of Khan Yunis.
David Bogdanovsky will be buried today, Sunday, 24/12/2023, at 13:30 PM at the military cemetery
David was a graduate of Dror School in Kiryat Eliezer.
