As I recall, the building at 23 Freud Street was one of the buildings that was severely damaged in the fire that raged in Haifa 7 years ago, in November 2016. While the rest of the Megakorim apartments and buildings that were damaged in the fire were renovated relatively quickly after the fire, or within a few months at the most, the building on Freud Street burned for years, Lack of disagreements as to how it should be renovated.

Property tax is abusing them...the municipality is not helping..and now an ugly fence where the disturbing thing is the railing?? The failure is huge..and the time has come to allow people while they are alive..and some of them are not sure that they will be able to rehabilitate.
This is exactly what the State Comptroller should be contacted about...but let's go...unfortunately there is no treatment for more important issues such as the lack of medicines that have fallen off the shelf..
