Call for donations • to help "Kitchen 94" prepare the best food for the soldiers

The well-known chef Jackie Azoulai, owner of "Kitchen 94" in Tel Aviv, appealed yesterday through "Israel Hayom" that the bread stocks at the restaurant as part of the voluntary association "Fighting on the Home Front - Cooking with Love" for the soldiers of the IDF and the security forces, have run out. We lifted the glove .

Jackie Azoulai stands out among the many volunteers

This is not the first time that the amazing people who live in Israel bend their waists for the IDF soldiers in regular and reserve, MGB and other security forces that go out to defend the homeland. Among all the volunteers, the chef Jackie Azulai stands out, who turned the "Kitchen 94" restaurant she owns into an assembly line for making sandwiches and delicacies like the king's hand and with the taste of home for the security forces at the front.

The volunteers responded in a way that inspires respect

Hearing Jackie's call for breads of all kinds, I turned to good people - who chose to remain anonymous - so that they would respond to Jackie's call. They responded in a respectful manner. This morning, they filled my car with no less than 1000 pitas straight from the oven and also added dozens of boxes of salads such as: tuna salad, eggplant salad, tahini, hummus, vegetables and what not.

We took this abundance - for my daughter and I - to the "Kitchen 94" restaurant

People shed a tear - The volunteers who came to unload the cargo from my vehicle were amazed by the quantities and the variety and some of them reacted with tears of excitement at the sight of the good people praying for the security forces at this difficult time.

Jacky Azoulai, a soldier's wife

I had never met Jackie Azoulay before today. At the same time as unloading the car, I met Jackie and it was as if we had known each other for many years. I met a soldier's wife with good eyes, excited and emotional around whom dozens of friends and volunteers gathered to help in the holy work. The cell phone did not drop from her ear for a moment as she turned to various parties to fill the supplies required for the soldiers.

Jackie's call - This tune must not be stopped

In the last 4 days in our central kitchen, with the help of hundreds of volunteers, we are putting out about 14,000 dishes every day - hot dishes, sandwiches and equipment. We opened an association through which everything goes, and we need donations.

"Recruiting for the security forces - fighting from the rear, cooking from the heart"

what do we need

We are calling on business owners and private individuals who wish to donate the following products: rolls, hummus spread, matbouha, eggplant mayonnaise, Moroccan carrot salad, coleslaw in closed boxes and not from home production.
