Following the war in the south and the state of uncertainty, the Haifa Pensioners' Lobby, in cooperation with the Rotenberg Foundation, decided to open an assistance center for senior citizens. The call center will be staffed by volunteers active in the lobby and it will provide the applicants with a listening ear for their plight as well as initial assistance.
The center's representatives will provide counseling to the applicants and, when necessary, will refer them to professionals in the municipal welfare services or to medical professionals or professional associations for professional treatment.

In war and emergency situations, many residents throughout the country, especially the elderly and the elderly, feel distressed and anxious and do not know who to turn to.
