(haipo) - A pregnant woman was beaten in the head and back, knocked to the ground and robbed of her mobile phone. This morning (Mon. 21/8/23) the Haifa District Attorney's Office filed a prosecutor's statement against the suspect, a resident of Kiryat Yam.
The police told Lai Pa:
The police started an investigation on 10/08/23 upon receiving a report about a robbery that happened in Kiryat Yam. The investigation shows that the suspect attacked the victim, hit her in the head and back so that the victim, who is pregnant, fell to the ground, robbed the mobile phone in her possession and fled the scene.
The victim was taken to Rambam Hospital in Haifa with a minor injury (according to the medical authorities).
In the meantime, the Zebulon police officers carried out initial investigative actions that included scanning security cameras, at the end of which, a few hours after the incident, they arrested the suspect in the act, a 35-year-old resident of Kiryat Yam, and he was brought to the Zebulon police station for questioning, at the end of which he was imprisoned.
The suspect's detention was extended from time to time and today (Monday) as mentioned, the Haifa district attorney's office filed a prosecutor's statement against him, and in the coming days an indictment will be filed against him as well as a request for his detention until the end of the proceedings.
Really Sodom and Gomorrah!!!!
The judge will say that he is normative who should take into account the difficult circumstances of his life / his addiction...
The case will be closed with a suspended sentence and referral to the welfare authorities for rehabilitation...
In a week he will return to rob, this time elderly people.
This is our legal system and therefore it is mandatory to reform it comprehensively in all areas.
Drop the soap in the showers
I hope that in prison they will hear his story, and treat him accordingly. Behavior inferior to the last of the criminals
I recommend neutering the attacker according to the Palmach method, who knows what damage he did (or might have done) to the fetus.
He is not fit to have children.
