According to the company, the municipality's payments are not attached to the index in a proper way, and in addition to that, the company has to deal with bureaucratic matters again and again, something that the municipality could have easily prevented.
It will be mentioned that about a year ago, articles were published in Haifa in which the claims of the "Mafali Yam" company against the municipality of Haifa were explained, according to which the municipality ignores their demand to approve the increase of the electric power on the beach, which causes repeated malfunctions, and worse, actually endangers the bathers and the beach island.

The non-payment damages the level of tens of thousands of shekels, the ability of the Marine Enterprises company to meet its obligations towards the municipality and towards the public, and we must not put up with predatory and offensive behavior on the part of the municipality towards a private entity, which has been operating the Pacific Beach with loyalty and dedication for 70 years for the enjoyment of bathers and while providing high level services.
