Three female principals and one new principal were elected to manage schools in the city of Haifa. Zabar Shamir will manage the Urban High Middle School in Carmel, Lynette Becher will manage the "Ilanot" elementary school in West Carmel, Shani Nazari-Kama will manage the "Alon" school in Ramat Alon and Roital Abrahami will manage the "Gabrieli" school in the Neve Paz neighborhood

Zabar Shamir • Ironi 5th Middle School

Zabar Shamir, who will manage the Ironi 36th Middle School, is a XNUMX-year-old Haifa resident, married and the father of two daughters. Zabar is a graduate of the Faculty of Physics at Tel Aviv University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in educational systems management from the University of Haifa, he is also a graduate of the "Hotum" program. Zabar served in the last year as the deputy director of the division and coordinator of a six-year system in the middle school, as a physics teacher, educator and class coordinator.

Lynette Bacher, who was chosen to run the "Ilanot" elementary school, is 43 years old, married and the mother of three children. Lynette has a master's degree in political science and a bachelor's degree in education from "Gordon Academic College". In recent years she has been an English teacher, educator, coordinator of education for life in society and a member of the school's management team.

Shani Nizri - Alon School was built

Two Nazari-Kama Elected to manage "Alon" elementary school. Shani is 39 years old, married and the mother of four children. She has a bachelor's degree in law, a bachelor's degree in public and international law from Tel Aviv University, a teaching certificate from "Oranim" College and certificate studies in the treatment of attention disorders. In recent years, she served as a class manager in a middle school, a Hebrew teaching instructor, a law and language teacher.

Revital Abrahami Gabrieli School

Revital Abrahami, a 44-year-old resident of Nesher, was elected to run the "Gabrieli" elementary school. Roital holds a multidisciplinary bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Haifa and graduated from academic conversion with a specialization in mathematics from "Gordon" College. She worked as a math coordinator and a math instructor in several schools in the city and before that as the manager of the human resources branch.
