The mandatory isolation for corona patients will be canceled • Ministry of Health

(Lives here with the Ministry of Health) - Starting this coming Monday, 15/5/23, starting at midnight, the mandatory isolation for those who have been confirmed for the corona virus will expire.

The Ministry of Health informed Lahi Pa:

The validity of the mandatory isolation order has not been extended, and as of Monday 15/5/23 at midnight (between Monday and Tuesday), there is no mandatory isolation in the order for those who have been confirmed for Corona.

However, the Ministry of Health clarifies that it must be remembered that the corona virus remains a contagious disease and may pose a life-threatening risk to people belonging to risk groups.

The office wishes to continue to act responsibly:

  1. Those who do not feel well - it is recommended that they be tested and avoid contact with other people until the symptoms have passed.
  2. Those who are confirmed for corona - it is important to keep isolation at home until the symptoms pass. If it is necessary to go out - avoid being in a crowd and use a mask.
  3. It is recommended to get vaccinated according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, especially those who are included in the risk groups.
