Through paying attention to the body and breathing we will explore the sensations in the body, we will discover how movement frees the mind. The meeting will take place with Dafna Green, a volunteer at the Haifa museums in education and a yoga teacher and therapist. After that, there will be a workshop where the participants will prepare an alternative to LG B'Omer's bonfires - in the form of a campfire lantern. Speaking of museum items, most people don't know but in most cases the most valuable items started their journey by emptying the contents of an apartment of elderly people who are moving to a nursing home. A significant financial profit can be made from the contents of the elderly parents' apartment. If the contents of the apartment include old books, New Year's cards, records, ancient documents, Judaica items or any item from the 1950s, there is a possibility that they are worth quite a bit of money. Search on Google "Disposal of Yosef's heirlooms and collections" and get an article that will explain to you how to independently evaluate your old items.
Kudos to the Haifa museums. Good night
