The Haifa (Criminal) District Attorney's Office this week submitted to the Haifa District Court an indictment against a 43-year-old resident of Kiryat Motzkin, for multiple sexual offenses he committed against 9 minor and young women, while he employed them selling flowers at entertainment venues over the years.
He took advantage of the plight of young women
According to the indictment filed through attorney Ilana Fikus-Roitblat, between 2016-2023 the accused was engaged in selling flowers at weekend entertainment venues. In order to operate the business, he hired new immigrants from Russia, minors and young women between the ages of 15-21, while taking advantage of their economic plight and being alone in the country. The accused paid them a high salary of hundreds of shekels per evening, and ordered them to hang out at various entertainment venues from Hariah to Haifa, and offer flowers in exchange for payment. The accused demanded that the minors and young women come to work with make-up and dressed in dresses or short skirts, and instructed them on how to behave, What to say, and how to get the job done.
Rape, sodomy and other serious sexual offenses
