The surfing club in Haifa has been abandoned and closed since 2010
Watch the interview I had with the mayor, Mr. Yona Yahav, regarding the completion of the construction of the surfers' club at Bat Galim beach in Haifa. The club, which was demolished in 2010, for the construction of the Allenby interchange, was rebuilt as a skeleton of a magnificent building. But since the completion of the skeleton, no budget has been found to build the club.
