(live here) – A minor from the north took pictures of women's and minors' private parts without their knowledge and offered obscene acts to minors.

The Haifa District Attorney's Office (Criminal) filed today (Monday 13/3/23) through attorney Mona Mansour to the District Court in Haifa on its Saturday as a juvenile court, an indictment against a minor resident of the north for twenty charges relating to multiple indecent acts in the circumstances of rape, indecent acts and violating the privacy of adult women as well as minors, which he committed, among other things, while he was volunteering in a public place.

The indictment filed indicates that as part of the defendant's volunteering, he used to take pictures with his phones, on many occasions, of the private parts of adult women and minor girls, without their knowledge or consent. Also, he used to commit obscene acts, among other things, with minors in their presence and in front of them. In addition, the accused used to record women at the school he attended and in other places while taking pictures of them without their knowledge and exposing his genitals and documenting it without their knowledge, and even recorded the bodies of minor girls with whom he had friendships when they were in sole possession.
