The Mayor of Kiryat Bialik, Eli Dukorski, met last night (Wednesday 1/2/23) with the CEO of Natibi Israel Company, Nissim Peretz and concluded on a series of significant transportation projects.
Israel Routes Company will advance the design and execution of Kibbutz Afek's divider and a new access road to the Givat Harkafot neighborhood. This will allow the construction of an additional entrance and exit road to the neighborhood, which currently relies on one road (Rabin Road).
At the meeting it was agreed that by the end of the year the detailed planning will be completed in preparation for the publication of a tender.
In April, Israel Routes will begin work on adding a turn to the Neot Afek neighborhood at the Bialik North interchange (Sderot Chen) for those coming from the north.
A planning team was appointed for the construction of a service road along the industrial area in the north of the city. The service road will enable the opening of business facades towards the main road, will improve the accessibility of public transportation and will promote new initiatives to build high-rise commercial, office and employment buildings on the Acre road.
Dror Street in the old Afek neighborhood will be cleaned and re-paved by Israel Routes.
The municipality of Bialik and the head of the municipality have been delaying construction in the "Bialik on the Park" neighborhood for many years. Even if all the employees of the municipality and its head are sold into slavery and the women workers are sold to... This will not be sufficient compensation for the compensation that the municipality will be required to pay.
Our cannon mayor who knows how to work with the young and renewed faction.
knows how to combine and work correctly, so that the other mayors who are full of ego and who do not do enough for the residents of their city will take an example from him.
**If it is possible this year to use the power of spraying against mosquitoes and all pests in the summer, it will be even better.
With all due respect to the environment.. we don't have to live with these plagues.
Kudos to our mayor Eli Dukorski.
rise and succeed.
Honor with such a mayor
All the best to you, my friend Eli Dokarski, Mayor of Kiryat Bialik. good week.
Benny Adi Degani, a senior high-tech relocation worker in Silicon Valley, returned to Israel after 13 years and founded a startup with a partner, and after about three years of development, they sold it to Google. Adi grew up in Kiryat Bialik, studied in Bialik elementary school and in the Bafek division and Ort Bialik upper division and after his military service he studied at the Technion and completed all his studies from first grade to the Technion degree - with honors.
In California he graduated with a master's degree in business administration and advanced to positions in large hi-tech companies there and in Israel.
Good, successful son. And now delete. Your son is probably bursting with shame at this posting. He deserves privacy. What a delusional mother.
