What has changed in the availability of Tiktok services in the last year?
"About six months ago, we changed the operating model and managed to reduce waiting times by 20-30%, despite the increase in the number of passengers and trips. In addition, we extended the hours of operation on Thursday nights until midnight (00:00), and on the rest of the weekdays until 21:00 p.m. Also, the service was extended on Fridays until 15:00 p.m.
