The total area of the five buildings is approximately 85 square meters. The architecture of the buildings was entrusted to the Haifa architectural firm Moshe Tzur, with the expected completion of the construction of this phase being prepared in the third quarter of 2024. Yael Perry, VP of Marketing of "Mevana":
"The change of the park's name, from the life sciences park to the science and high-tech park, is intended to increase the integration between the park and the urban ecosystem, which includes the hospitals, academic institutions, medical device companies and start-up companies operating in the city. The two magnificent buildings we are building will continue strengthen the park's success."
A source of attraction for other companies
"In a prestigious office building, it is often not possible to find space solutions for small companies, therefore we in the 'Mevana' group designate the first two floors of the new buildings for companies that rent shared workspaces, so that even small companies can benefit from the spaces offered in the park." Perry said. "We are proud and happy to take part in the development of the science and high-tech park. I have no doubt that the partnership with the economic company and the Haifa municipality will continue with great success even at this stage. The new buildings in the park will bring more companies to the city, create significant jobs and help keep the talented young people in the city."
