(haipo) - Recognition and appreciation from the Israel Police to the Israel Canine Unit, for locating missing persons and saving their lives.

An appreciation and salute evening was held last night (Sun. 20/11/22) at the Nesher Culture Hall, by the Israel Police, in which certificates of appreciation were awarded, among other things, to the ICL (the canine unit) for locating missing people and their willingness to help at any time and for any request in emergency incidents in the sector space which

The certificates were awarded by Military Police Officer Shaul Tzemach, commander of Merhav Asher, and in the presence of Military Police Officer Molya Nir Jambar, who is taking up the position of Commander of the Zebulon Station, and Police Officer Nir Yona, the outgoing Military Police Officer of Zebulon, who is taking up the position of Commander of Officer Training at the National Police College of Israel Police.

The certificates were awarded to the commander of the YCL, Mike Ben Ya'akov, and to Dodi Miblom, the commander of the North YCL district.
It should be noted that the Zebulon station is the one with the highest number of missing persons in the entire country.

"We are happy and always ready to come forward and help in everything," said the canine unit.
In addition, the tracker unit, officers and other units took part in the ceremony.
Kudos to Dodi Mayblom and the unit of dedicated volunteers who brought many achievements in locating missing persons. It is a noble mitzvah that good people, professionals and determined to succeed. They deserve much more and should be congratulated with all their might!
