Establishing a night market on Halutz Street in Haifa ○ Proposal by Nir Shuber and discussion in the city council

(live here in the markets) - Nir Shuver put forward a proposal to establish a night market which will operate on Halutz Street in Haifa, similar to many cities in the world. The show, according to the proposal, will include various products and of course food. The market will breathe life into the dark and deserted street at night. Shuver proposed to transfer the operation to a private entrepreneur, under the management of the Operations Administration. The head of the operations administration, Ohad Dorfman, pointed out that the operations administration does not have administrative tools to operate such markets. City council members liked the idea, but some pointed out that the proposal was not detailed enough. Klish supported the idea and asked the council members to vote for it.
The proposal passed unanimously, subject to the submission of a plan to the finance committee

  1. For all those who "come down" on Nir Shovar, in my opinion he is the most diligent and active among the members of the council. I see him walking around since the early hours of the morning while the people who care about him here are sleeping. So if anyone does it's him.

  2. Well done my friend Nir Shuver. Haifa City Council member. Good night

  3. Nir Shuver and his far-fetched proposals designed to grab some additional title for himself, perhaps to hide the huge debts and tax convictions in his business - his proposals of bread and entertainment only, simply indicate childish thinking and copy-paste without any sense.
That's how he placed benches without consultation in Nahal Ovadia and then it became clear to him "suddenly" that placing them as long as the stream is polluted could lead to lawsuits and damage to the public by calling to come to a polluted place. The lack of forethought characterizes everything he offers. The proposals are populist and without sources of funding (a comment that is repeated at every council meeting, and he is unable to understand that a proposal is worth nothing without suggesting how to finance and who performs and who is strengthened, etc., etc.) It is really an impossible shallowness next to his mouth that produces curses and shouts as a discourse and corrupts the prestige of City Council. In fact, his presence in it is a great shame for the history of the city council in Haifa. He is not the only one, of course, but the superficiality of all his conduct and these proposals stands out.

    • Looking for publicity and more about the most superficial and shallow things without offering sources of funding and authority for establishment... simply nothing and nothing

  4. From Holi to Holi Not enough noise and hooligans? And they add resources of noise and discomfort to the residents of the area. It is appropriate to address the existing problems and not sow the seeds of disaster

  5. There's nothing you can do idiots, first of all turn on the elevator in the bathhouse on Bezalel Street that was installed two years ago and is not yet working, women aged 70 to 95, have to go up 3 floors with heavy bags, all our requests to operate the elevator fell on deaf ears, the elevator stands like a stone that cannot be turned , and money was invested in it from the citizens' property tax, someone in this damn municipality should do something already

  6. no thank you
