(live mouth primary) - A woman and her son (73, 51) were found dead in their apartment on HaGilil Street in the Neve Shanan neighborhood in Haifa.
MDA informed Lahi Pa:
At 10:00 a.m., MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area received a report of an unconscious man and woman in an apartment in Haifa. MDA medics and paramedics reported a 73-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man with no signs of life and pronounced them dead.
Senior medic at MDA Giris Asfor said:
"When we arrived at the building, the fire brigade and the police joined us and broke down the front door of the house. Inside the apartment we saw the man and the woman who were unconscious and after medical examinations they were pronounced dead."
Apparently, the two passed away a few days ago. The social workers were called to the scene and tried to call the two to open the door, but after they did not receive a response, the apartment was broken into. The members of the rescue forces who arrived at the scene had to determine their death.
Most thanks to you. I moved to lie down to rest. Permeating because it is preventable.
I did not understand. What killed them like that?
We continue to report here on a daily basis about sanctions and strikes, and ask for our patience.
No one here will reveal this to you:
The Haifa municipality knew about the condition of Yelena and Serge who were found dead in their apartment, but did nothing.
Already three months ago, the National Insurance warned of their dire situation and contacted the welfare department to intervene and take care of them.
The welfare workers did not visit the two and arrived for the first time a few days (!) after the nursing company announced to the welfare that the mother and her son were not opening the door for their nursing assistant.
On August 17.08.22, XNUMX, the National Insurance contacted the welfare department of the Haifa municipality and announced that the two received a higher entitlement to nursing care and additional treatment hours due to the worsening of their condition. They asked to contact them and see how they can be helped.
Despite this, the welfare department did not come, did not make contact, and left Lena and Serge to die.
Very sad. Poor people.
Terrible. Neighbors really have to look out for each other
alert the police at Moked 100,
