The 38th International Film Festival opened with a festive event, in the Rappaport Hall in the center of Carmel. The festival is produced by Atos, under the direction of Yaakov Feingold (Chairman), Yigal Zaevi (CEO) and Yron Shamir (Artistic Director). At the event, a special Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to an actor from Kerem Khouri.
