Last week we revealed here in Chai Pa the tragedy of the winners of the price per inhabitant in the Naut Peres B project in Haifa. As a result of the disclosure, a wave of accusations began between the various entities related to this project. Ariel Waterman, Haifa city engineer, sent a letter to several government ministries, in which he calls on them to "remove barriers" (see letter later in the article).
The Israel Land Authority (RAMI) responds in a sharp letter and explains that the Haifa municipality, which received funding for the development of the land, has not even started the work. They also claim in the letter that the Haifa municipality was supposed to hand over the land to the developers in October 2021 and that the Haifa municipality is already today late in delivering 9 months.

We and 2 other families, friends of ours won the 2022 lottery, South Haifa. It doesn't matter what we were waiting for, children's expectations, etc. The 2 families are members of the reserve and who were also raised there, started the process of immigrating to New Zealand. Terribly disappointed, they don't have the strength to wait, argue, etc.
My family and I are still here, but I slowly understand their frustration, and maybe immigration is not a bad solution.
What will they learn if there is corruption in the local government and the lubrication of the hands of criminals then everything works smoothly?
Klish should resign
A bunch of fat officials who live in luxurious villas are playing with the lives of hundreds of families who won the said projects in Haifa two and a half years ago without any horizon for a solution...
As a person with land interests in the West Haifa area, I have been following the conduct of the Haifa municipality, city planning, and the local committee for about 8 years since the time of the previous mayor, I have yet to see a demonstration of helplessness/unwillingness on the part of all planning officials in the Haifa municipality and the failure to promote building plans in West Haifa And in general, Mayor Kalish's position as presented is against the development of the west of the city, and in recent years the promotion of plans in the city of Haifa is carried out through the courts and the Haifa municipality receives an ordinance that obligates it to advance planning and it... in its turn acts slowly with the intention of putting the landowners to sleep or in the case in question the The State of Israel and the housing winners, in conclusion, it is not clear why the politicians and professionals in the municipality behave this way, they have the solutions.
A real tragedy. Yad Vashem 2... Come on, be serious journalists
To be honest.
It's crazy what's happening in Haifa Municipality,
Let them learn from the city of K. Bialik and Motzkin.
Let them learn even from a dream. The situation is better there too.
