from MDA Delivered to Lahi Fe: At 09:42 a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a drowning in a public pool in Kiryat Motzkin.

MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and refer a 74-year-old man to Rambam Hospital in serious condition while he is breathing.

MDA Paramedic Guy Tsin said: "The lifeguard pulled the unconscious man out of the water. We gave him initial medical treatment that included giving him medication and respiratory assistance. We put him in an intensive care unit and evacuated him for further treatment at Beit Holel while he is breathing."
