In the last few days, the Israeli flag was torn twice from its place in the garden of the late Yiftach Shreier, which is located in the Kabir neighborhood in Haifa
This is not the first time that the flag has been deliberately torn from the place. As previously reported in Chai Pa, this has already happened many times before.
Several inquiries were made to the Haifa municipality and the police, but the only answer received was "the act is very serious, it will be dealt with later," Lahi Foh reported.

Yeftah Shrayer was killed in Maron al-Ras during the Second Lebanon War, on 26/7/2006, 21 Bav XNUMX. He was XNUMX years old at the time of his death. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa, leaving behind his parents and three siblings.
In memory of Yeftah, his late father Ami, who passed away a few years after his son's death, established the Yeftah Garden in the Kabir neighborhood of Haifa, where he grew up, as well as a walking path leading to the small spring "Ein Meshotetim". He named the path after his beloved son, "Shil Yeftah."
The flags were found in the trash or soiled with dog feces
Noam Nosan, the collector of the "Magan Avraham" synagogue in the Kabir neighborhood and the organizers of the memorials and trips, says that in recent days the Israeli flag has been taken down twice from the corner of the memorial to Petah, which, as I recall, has happened many times before, among other things when the flags were found in the garbage can or soiled with dog feces.

According to him, those who are behind the horrific act are Israel haters who live near the garden. "They don't like Israel. Instead of recognizing our wonderful country, they hate us more and more," he says.

Neson mentions that the flags he planted last year in the garden were also torn down.
Noam shares:
I'm just a citizen trying to take care of Yeftah who will be defeated. Every time they come and hurt us, and we respond accordingly. If flags are lowered twice, we will put up 10 more

Nosen says that he contacted the police and the Haifa municipality several times. The only answer he received to his words is that it is indeed a very serious act and will be dealt with later.
Noam suggested placing a camera around the garden: "We see someone who takes down a flag, they catch him, and we're done with the problem!" he says. But according to him, his requests from the various parties have not been answered until today.
Koren: "These are places where there should be reverence"
City Council member Gerry Koren, who is very active on the issue and even submitted an urgent query to the City Council in the past, with the aim of having cameras placed in the garden and in order for significant steps to be taken to prevent the recurrence of such cases, promises that he will not rest until the issue is addressed.

Gerry Korn:
The memorials to the martyrs of the security forces, the commemoration corners and the memorial gardens in Haifa are places where holy reverence should be held. I constantly bring up the issue in front of the authorized officials in the municipality and also in the city council meetings, both regarding the whole phenomenon and specifically regarding the despicable vandalism in the Yiftah garden. Once again, I am in contact with the head of operations at the Haifa Municipality and the issue will be addressed.
Not bad at all, they insult the flag with this MK Musa Raz is able to deal with religious Zionism hard for him
This is not the first time, years ago the flags were torn off and broken time and time again from the cars parked on the streets of Kabavir, since then people avoid putting flags on the cars for fear of desecrating the flags that would be trampled on the sidewalks and the road.
You don't have to look far, Knesset member Iman Odeh lives in the neighborhood
Ripped off by…..well guess what….keep buying from them. Suckers!
It's all the work of Geis Khumi Okhri Israel. Put hidden cameras and catch them, expel them from here, their names will be put together on Odeh. Jews are still going to buy Israeli slaves from them!
No problem, Ayman Odeh will take care of the flag
The time has come to kick out the "Knesset killer" Ayman Odeh and his fellow instigators from both the Knesset and the neighborhood.
His place is not in Haifa.
The taciturn mayor needs to learn to open her mouth not only against government ministers but against the inciting Knesset member Odeh.
Because this is a direct result of his incitement, as well as the bloody events of May 2021
Did you tear down a flag? Tear off their heads! . where is the mayor where are the police?? a disgrace
Kabir. The Ahmadiyya Mosque. Muslims, anyone surprised?
You scumbags!
Is this coexistence?
Lives near the garden.
The Kabvir neighborhood is a really mixed neighborhood - and in recent years - even more so!!!
The municipality/police should have made direct contact with the sheikh/leader of the Ahmadiyya community - and try to use his power, like the Arabs / Ahmadis - our neighbors on a daily basis.
The same deed...happened exactly on...memorial day last year.
As far as I understand - this is in essence - a violation of at least 2 laws:
1. Defacing the state flag
2. Dishonoring a state symbol - smearing excrement on the flag, etc.
The Haifa Police, the Haifa Municipality and...the members of the Council -
This is an example. Why?
Wake up please, impersonal idiots like you.
We have had enough of the disgrace
