According to him, those who are behind the horrific act are Israel haters who live near the garden. "They don't like Israel. Instead of recognizing our wonderful country, they hate us more and more," he says.

Nosen says that he contacted the police and the Haifa municipality several times. The only answer he received to his words is that it is indeed a very serious act and will be dealt with later.
Noam suggested placing a camera around the garden: "We see someone who takes down a flag, they catch him, and we're done with the problem!" he says. But according to him, his requests from the various parties have not been answered until today.
