According to the association, Tzuk used his position as the holder of the maritime portfolio to promote a deal for the purchase of a Dzeta boat for the maritime school , produced by the company, which he himself represents.

Such a move is not possible without a complete cessation of sailing activities on the Pacific Coast," wrote the lawyer of the sailing association, Assaf Oren. "Furthermore, by virtue of your position as the holder of the sea portfolio in the municipality, you are responsible for all the decisions made by the municipality regarding the Pacific Coast and the entities operating there, including the outrageous decision to evacuate the association from the Pacific Coast. In the letter, Attorney Oren Shazuk states that he serves as a shareholder and director of Ruh Gavit Ltd., which is engaged in, among other things, the import, marketing and sale of boats and yachts. In addition, Attorney Oren claims in the letter that Tzuk assumed his position as the holder of the maritime portfolio in order to promote a deal for the purchase of a boat for the maritime school manufactured by the Polish company represented by Tzuk. that he could be impressed by Dzeta's dedication and you worked with the factory representative to coordinate the arrival of Mr. Lauber, including taking a stroll on a lake in Poland.
