bubble
This snail floats with the help of its bubble (see photo) and preys on its food, which includes various tiny creatures, tiny jellyfish, jellyfish parts and various hydrats.
A strange year
This year, as we have already seen, is a rather strange year, certainly in regards to the phenomena that spring brings with it, since today dozens, if not hundreds of such snails were observed on the beaches of Haifa, and also far from the shore.
The phenomenon itself is a seemingly normal thing in this season, but not in such large numbers.
It is possible that the reason lies in the days when the sea was rough recently.
Happy holiday and kosher to everyone.
Also in Tel Aviv they flooded the beach about two weeks ago and since then they have disappeared
Hi Muti
This was a particularly instructive and interesting article.
personal me I have yet to see a snail like this or I just didn't attach importance to it.
Thank you
Dear Moti, you never cease to amaze.
Happy holiday
