The qualifiers for the Dance World Cup were held this week
Dance World Cup qualifiers - the talented dancers of the just dance studio brought a lot of pride and represented Israel at the World Cup in Spain!
The Dance World Cup competition, the DWC, is the largest competition in the world in the field, and deals with a wide variety of dance styles, and is intended for male and female dancers from the age of 4 to 25.
20 thousand male and female dancers from 56 countries in the world!
Over 20 thousand competitors from 56 countries around the world participate in this huge event. The 2022 World Cup final will be held this time in San Sebastian, Spain between the dates 24/6/22-2/7/22. It will be the international final stage where it will be decided who will be the band that will pick the cup and be the world dance champion.
The qualifiers for the international finals were held this week at Cinema City Gillot, and for three days from 28/3/22 to 30/3/22, groups of male and female dancers from the best dance centers across the country competed from morning to evening in various dance styles: dance, hip-hop, modern , classic and more…
The teams competed for a place in the Israeli national team and to represent the State of Israel in the international competition.
Advancement to the world finals, which will be held this summer in Spain, is conditional on receiving a score of 70 points or higher from the judges and in addition reaching the first, second and third places.

Just before going on stage, the girls of the JUST DANCE studio in Haifa, led by Rama Gefen Slobotsky, are at the peak of excitement, the heart is pounding and the adrenaline is in the sky, here it comes!
At 16:30, the girls of the junior team from the Just Dance studio went on stage, dancing The Black Panther. All dressed in black bodysuits, from head to toe, the stage is filled with them, radiating confidence and strength, a determined look and a will to win!
The competition was broadcast live on the ONE sports channel.
The non-stop training, hours of rehearsals and investment, and of course, the clothes, which were designed and sewn especially for dance, proved the team's strength and qualified for 2nd place with an excellent score of 86.1, which flies them to Spain in June 2022 for the international competition.

At Geffen's studio, they are not satisfied with the representation of one team in the competition, and at 22:15 p.m., the senior team took the stage to face 23 different teams, in the DWC GROUPS category!

The girls of the team are dressed in a bright green, serpentine leotard that was designed and sewn especially for the dancers, who for their part "gave a head" in The Serpent dance, which they even faced a week ago in another competition, in which the seniors took first place!

Great motivation
With enormous excitement and tremendous motivation, the dancers took the stage, with a dance that opened with flexible snake twists and went, developed and intensified into crazy rhythmicity, with choreography that amazed the large audience that was in the hall. With unimaginable precision, the dancers moved as one tight and pulsating body.

hours of training
The team invested hours of training and rehearsals that brought them to the respectable 2nd place with a score of 85.7 and we will also see them on stage in Spain in June 2022 at the international finals!

We already said Haifa pride! So we will continue and give more pride from Gefen's studio which continues to rake in more and more wins and successes, and whose teams will get to represent Israel in the international competition in Spain.
For the fourth time!
For the fourth time, the Just Dance studio under Gefen's management is sending teams that qualify for the world finals and enter the Israeli team to represent the country in the Dance World Cup.
Last year The senior team received an unprecedented score of 100 points from the judges in the qualifiers, but due to the corona virus, the international competitions were cancelled.
