Urban renewal in Carmel Castle
The first construction evacuation is underway in the Carmel Castle. The Renew company, which received the first demolition and construction permit, met with the residents of the buildings for an exciting conference in preparation for the demolition of the old building.
On Sunday, 27/2/22, the conference was held with the tenants of the building at 71 Jabotinsky Street, where the tenants signed an agreement to vacate their apartment, in preparation for its demolition. From the date of signing the agreement, within 4 months the bulldozers are expected to go on the ground and destroy the old building. The conference took place at the "Kedem" hotel in Carmel Castle.

Rinio is legally supported by the Ron Abu office through lawyers Ronit Barzilai and Haim Nativ.

Selling the new apartments:
Already these days the company is marketing the three projects at attractive prices.
From Rino's company it was delivered to Lai Fa:
The RENEW company was established as a partnership between the Amram Avraham company and the Eli Nidam construction and enterprise company - two leading companies, with extensive experience in the fields of construction, planning and initiation, which since the day of their establishment have built countless housing units all over the country.
We poured all the resources, reputation and experience together into the RENEW company with the aim of focusing and leading the field of urban renewal from the initiation and planning phase to the execution phase.
In a short time, the company became a leader in its field, with dozens of projects all over the country and thousands of apartments that are in the planning and execution stages, allowing the Israeli public to enjoy the next generation of urban renewal in Israel.
The RENEW company enjoys a solid financial backing, a team of experienced consultants and planners and a long-standing reputation in the construction industry, while adhering to the highest standards. In each project, we create an honest and fair process based on a true partnership with the tenants, which leads to the construction of projects that are amazing in their beauty, with rich technical specifications and close supervision from the beginning of the project to the entrance to the apartment.
Avi Peretz, CEO of Renew - RENEW
We face a great challenge of renewing three complexes. I grew up here and I know every corner of the city. The people who live in these complexes deserve to live in new apartments. Beyond the economic aspect, it is very important to me to contribute to the development of the city. We are the pioneers in urban renewal in the city and I very much hope that more will come after us. The process was not easy, it lasted several years, during which we progressed with a large number of plans and simulations, until we reached agreements with the municipality of Tirat Carmel and received a building permit.
The addition to the value apartments is the maximum possible addition in terms of taxation.
Another important aspect is the accessibility and safety of the tenants. In the complexes there are elderly people and some of them are disabled. In the existing apartments, they cannot go down in the event of a missile attack or an earthquake. Here they get an apartment in a building reinforced against earthquakes and with a MMD that protects them inside the apartment itself. The apartment has a balcony, where they can go out and breathe in the air. The building is equipped with elevators and meets the accessibility standards for the disabled.
Carmel Castle is a city with great potential and I invite more residents to contact us to make more complexes.

Adv. Assaf Elazar:
I thank the tenants for their cooperation. We did a difficult job together in a difficult situation, but we did it. The heart of the agreement, as far as I'm concerned, is the bank guarantee. Each of the tenants receives a sales law guarantee, by the Clal insurance company and it will be transferred to each tenant according to the value of the new apartment. This is your ultimate security. Now the responsibility for the execution passes to the entrepreneur.
Architect Shalom Tal (Tal Hayam Architects):
This project is special in that its location is excellent, at the entrance to the city. We are converting an old building, without an elevator and without an elevator, and giving them a modern building with a new apartment, lobby, elevators, parking, a warehouse and a balcony. An urban renewal project is always exciting. We have created a building that will be fun and pleasant for the tenants to live in.
Architect Tzachi Vazana
(The architect of the project at 22 Halaniot St. in Carmel)
This is the evacuation project - the largest approved construction in Carmel Castle. It is about the evacuation of a building of 16 apartments and two towers of 14 and 15 floors, where there will be 107 units.
The lawyer accompanying the tenants in this project is Naomi Gratopsky.
The design of the Halaniot 22 project created a 360-degree view, with some apartments facing Carmel, some facing the sea and some facing the rowers' neighborhood (to the south). The requirements and conditions set by the local committee created a difficult challenge for the planners. They asked us for solutions, so we submitted alternative after alternative, until we were able to reach agreements with the local committee.

Even so, there is no place to move in this city, more and more buildings without proper roads and infrastructure, infrastructure 70 years ago, a mayor who doesn't care, only thinking about massive construction without thinking about how to get in and out of the city
In the Carmel Castle there is little talk, less publicity and much more action. And their city has been filling up in recent years with thousands of new apartments, new projects and urban renewal. Here in Haifa, we have only had a peka peka for decades, in the coastal neighborhoods people have been talking about new apartments for 20 and even 30 years, they were born Already grandchildren and great-grandchildren and the municipality mainly announces for several years about blown plans, master plans, invites reporters and journalists and everyone believes the municipality's bullshit. And on the ground? Nada. Waiting 30 years for someone to bring the first bag of cement here. And then a new mayor will come and announce (again) urban renewal in the coastal neighborhoods, and again his/her term will end after 5 years and the buildings will remain in their misery as always and the residents will continue to delude themselves. In my opinion As a resident of one of the coastal neighborhoods, the residents should work for the association of their neighborhoods municipally with the Carmel Castle with a territorial continuum up to the Dolphin Junction. Such a move can speed up the rehabilitation and renewal of their neighborhoods.
