Israel's national surfing site
On Friday, 4/2/22, a southwesterly wind blew at a speed of 25 knots and gusts of up to 30 knots. The wind blew all day. The clouds covered the sky and there was a haze in the air. It almost rained. These are the optimal conditions for surfing at the church beach in Bat Galim, so surfers from all over Israel gathered and came and surfed all day long. I arrived at noon, when most surfers had already left. At that time the sea was also high. The waves reached 2 meters in front of the church beach and in the depth of the sea waves broke 3 meters high.
In the water I photographed two of the best surfers in Israel: Gal Yaft, who specializes in high jumps (who surfs carefully after an injury) and Ofer Ma'oz, who specializes in riding storm waves.
The Church Beach, which is located on the promenade in Haifa, is unique in Israel. This is the point where the sea opens into Haifa Bay. In the water is a rock ledge, which is the direct continuation of Mount Carmel. This rock ledge creates a breakwater in the deep sea. In front of the beach, the waves open up and create large, open smooth surfaces between waves. These conditions are perfect for the surfers, who develop speed on the smooth surfaces and rise to high jumps when meeting the wave.

Well done. professional athletes. Good Morning
Wow, professional and brave athletes?
So on the Haifa site, such behavior is presented as a good thing,
But if a child in elementary school doesn't wear a mask in class - it's dangerous.
