The International Walking Day, which is taking place today, Thursday 28/10/21, called for an unusual and extraordinary collaboration between two schools in Haifa: the students of the Leo Buck Middle School, who decided to walk alongside the "Ofakim" students, who roll on wheelchairs, and help them experience This day in a magnificent march along the sea road to the piano square in the center of Carmel.

Susanna Reif, director of Ofakim - a school for students with severe physical disabilities, and Eran Bressler, director of the Leo Buck Middle School, supported and worked with all their might to make this event possible, when behind this whole amazing and exciting initiative, there are two special and extraordinary women: Shirley Kershover, the social coordinator of Ofakim And Ayelet Shatzov, 9th grade coordinator in Leo Buck.
