Claudine Shuval: The transformation of Haifa's Iron Woman

Claudine Shovel wants to win first place
In the World Bodybuilding Championship competition, which will be held in June 2016, in Brazil.

Claudine began the big change in the early fifties of her life and currently holds the title of "Ms. Israel" bodybuilding. She won a variety of titles in bodybuilding competitions held in different parts of the world, in which she represented Israel and the city of Haifa.

Claudine Shuval in an interview with Lahi Fa: "I was born in Morocco in the city of Marrakesh, I immigrated to Israel at the age of 12 with my parents and brother, I am currently 58 years old and a mother of 4 adult children. I make a living by caring for the elderly and volunteering with the police to eradicate crime. At the same time, I am involved in bodybuilding.

I started my occupation in the field of bodybuilding sports during the periods when I moved between jobs. Until I reached the age of fifty I worked in child care and when I moved on to care for elderly people in nursing care Everyone told me I was small and skinny.
These statements made me want to be stronger, so I started training at the Scoop Club and after a year of training I started competing in Israel and abroad, the Nava World Bodybuilding Club discovered me and supported and represented me and the awards started coming.
For me, bodybuilding is a spiritual and fun activity, without any profit goals.

Claudine Shovel says that if she had started the sport at a younger age she could have been in first place in the world a long time ago.

These days Claudine is training for the world competition that will be held in June 2016 in Brazil.
The training includes intense sports activity and a strict diet with very strict rules. Between work and training, Claudine combines volunteering with the police and does not neglect this volunteering even during a period of intense training.
