Happy New Year to you, Haifa.
My Haifa
Our Haifa.
Haifa who received father in the dark, in a rickety ship,
El Hoof Mitvathim, in 1947.
Haifa which immediately became a home for his family members who came after him.
Haifa that received the mother and the thousands of children at the port gates by ship "Transylvania" Terrifyingly crowded, in 1951 and from there straight to a shared apartment on Sirkin Street.
My Haifa, where my parents met and got married in the Weiss Hotel on Herzl Street in 1954 and established their home in the Glass House on Bar Giora Street.
Haifa, my home, and it has the most beautiful streets in the world. Streets that surprise in their appearance.
Haifa, where we decided to live after our marriage.
Ishii, a "Rishon Lezion" boy, also fell in love with my Haifa.
Every corner was a revelation of falling in love
which went deeper and deeper.
Our Haifa.
Haifa where my children were born.
In it they grew, were educated and received so much good.
The wadis that were living environments for them
The neighborhoods they discovered each time anew.
All the best will accompany them, always.
their Haifa.
Haifa, the home with the people who love it so much,
The home that, despite everything, you always return to.
The house whose many neighborhoods opened Facebook groups
just to preserve memories,
preserve flavors,
preserve love!
My home, our home - Haifa.
My house that has known ups and downs,
My house that showed resilience in wars and missiles,
My house saved from a fire!
My house that was wrapped in a lot of love
My house that won leadership.
What will I wish you, my dear city, for the new year?
May you receive proper treatment,
for cultivating and maintaining your landscapes,
that your residents will have the privilege of living in a protected environment,
that proper planning will result in renewed growth and blossoming.
May the beautiful gardens become your symbol again.
May your magical neighborhoods become an educational and cultural center
So that in a generation, we will see groups in digital environments that have not yet been born today,
Environments that try to breathe life into the good memories of today.
May we all be wise to take care of you
protect
And grow from you a young generation of leaders!
Happy New Year, my Haifa.
You can tell who took your aerial photo in the article
Gilad Stein (written in the lower left corner of the photo)
Although I have not been a resident of Haifa for 38 years, Haifa is still my Haifa. I identify with what is written Hanala. Happy New Year
TSHPA, TSHPA,
in which we suffered from garbage, from a blown corona,
Once again missiles became routine and several fell around Haifa.
Here and there also another fire.
and a city council that gasped,
In front of a mayor who has evaporated.
And the government here has also changed.
Tashfa in which we trusted in vaccines against evil,
And for a moment we rejoiced, that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
among the plague of wild boars,
and the scourge of crime that prevailed,
and the corpses of the forgotten who lived in their vines,
And mistakes in Zen with hope and prayer - may they be eliminated.
tsfa of faults, of mistakes, of omission,
Is it possible that there was no favor from the SDF, at all?
Nevertheless, we should also remember some points of light.
Peace agreements were signed there, Abraham's agreements with the Gulf.
And a record of medals in the Olympic Games that was shattered.
And a city council that decided there is a limit to mismanagement.
And that we provided between closures, both joys and a trip.
You can't tell, Tashpav, which begins at the height of the epidemic -
which may end up in the headline in the newspaper "The Corona Has Passed".
you are amazing You remind me why I love Haifa and I pray that all your blessings to the city will come true and that we will know better and more successful days in the future, and that we will also be able to enjoy life in the city today and not have to cling only to memories...
Thank you dear Dalia,
Indeed we are from the community of lovers of the city and care for its future.

Dear Hannah,
I was born, grew up, and lived all my life in our beautiful city.
I wish its residents to love it and preserve its beautiful appearance., , not to pollute, not to honk, to live with mutual respect, with the neighbors and other residents. respect the environment. the vegetable, and the gardens, and not to throw garbage in the streets and on the beach. Please keep it beautiful and clean.

Your writing Hannah and your love for Haifa are evident in every sentence.
I too, as a native of the city and growing up in it throughout my life, can testify that I loved it, the beautiful city, I was proud of it to friends and acquaintances in Israel and abroad, I worked for decades in the public service and gave my professionalism and knowledge to needy residents and communities in the city. There is no end to the stories and happenings that happened here. Unfortunately in recent years I have been watching and experiencing the decline of the city. Very unfortunate. A lot has changed and not for the better.
Have a happy new year, to you and your family, and have a happy new year at least better than the last, for our city and its residents.
Dear Hana, thank you for the gift to our beautiful city, she deserves songs of praise full of memories and emotions, she also deserves some thought and consideration that will come out of this building in front of Independence Park...
Hannah, keep giving us gifts with words, we're having a lot of fun
